Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven specialist to ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery in the assigned region. In this role, you will work closely with SMS routes, operational processes, and internal teams, handling data analysis and routine operational tasks on a daily basis. Previous experience in Accounting or Customer Success teams would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery within the assigned region.
  • Monitor and control the quality of SMS routes.
  • Manage and support operational processes related to SMS delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve SMS delivery issues and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong interest and comfort in working with data, numbers, and tables.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Readiness to perform routine operational tasks on a continuous basis.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
  • Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).
  • Fluency Russian
  • English B1
