Account Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven specialist to ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery in the assigned region. In this role, you will work closely with SMS routes, operational processes, and internal teams, handling data analysis and routine operational tasks on a daily basis. Previous experience in Accounting or Customer Success teams would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery within the assigned region.
- Monitor and control the quality of SMS routes.
- Manage and support operational processes related to SMS delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve SMS delivery issues and improve performance.
Requirements
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong interest and comfort in working with data, numbers, and tables.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Readiness to perform routine operational tasks on a continuous basis.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
- Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).
- Fluency Russian
