Administrator Zoho CRM/Zoho Desk
We are looking for a Zoho CRM / Zoho Desk Administrator who will take full ownership of configuring, developing, and supporting the company’s Zoho CRM ecosystem. This role is focused on operational reliability, automation, and user experience. The primary responsibility is to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and ensure the CRM environment remains up to date as the company scales.

Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk in line with company business processes
- Automate sales, support, and internal workflows (workflow rules, blueprints, Deluge scripts)
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and access permissions
- Organize and maintain data structures; ensure data quality and consistency
- Integrate Zoho CRM / Zoho Desk with external systems via Zoho Flow, APIs, and native connectors
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business analytics
- Provide user support, консультации, and training
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems; solid understanding of their architecture, capabilities, and limitations
- Experience configuring automations and components using Deluge, with a basic understanding of APIs
- Experience in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of marketing and sales business processes
- Strong communication skills, user-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively
- English — B1 level or higher
