COO

We're an international IT company with 150+ employees developing a portfolio of SaaS and CPaaS products. One product has achieved strong product-market fit and stable revenue, while several others are actively scaling into new markets. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a COO to build the operational foundation that enables the business to scale efficiently without relying on day-to-day CEO involvement. Your Mission Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the executive leadership team, you'll design and implement the company's operating model by establishing clear ownership, scalable cross-functional processes, management cadence, and measurable execution across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who builds operational systems—not just documents processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve the company's operating model and end-to-end business processes.
  • Define process ownership, eliminate responsibility gaps, and strengthen collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
  • Build an effective management cadence with clear decision-making, accountability, and execution tracking.
  • Implement and drive KPI, OKR, SLA, and operational performance management.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve organizational bottlenecks, and coordinate escalations.
  • Drive operational excellence through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), continuous improvement, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in senior operational leadership (COO, Head of Operations, VP Operations, or similar).
  • Experience scaling SaaS, CPaaS, software, or technology companies (approximately 50–300+ employees).
  • Proven experience building or transforming operating models, governance, ownership structures, and cross-functional processes.
  • Strong background implementing KPI/OKR frameworks and operational metrics.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with excellent systems thinking and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

  • Process automation experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, CRM, HRIS, ERP, and BI tools.
  • International business experience.
