Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for a Domain & Hosting Support Specialist to assist clients with domains, hosting, and SSL management. You’ll work with client accounts, documentation, and help desk platforms, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and reliable service delivery. Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests and tickets
- Administer client accounts and resolve technical issues related to domains, hosting, SSL certificates and assist with other issues, providing consultation on company products through various communication channels. (no calls)
- Work with different apps and platforms, including client account administration.
- Work with documentation: creating reports and different types of client documents
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- English level B2+.
- Fluent Russian.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Experience in the domain or hosting industry ( MarTech, AdTech is a plus )
- Experience working with Help Desk systems (Zoho, HubSpot or similar).
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or equivalents) is a plus.
- Familiarity with hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, ISPmanager).
Nice to have:
- Have understanding how redirects and proxy work
- Technical background (e.g., former system administrator or technical support specialist).
- Knowledge of ICANN operations and domain registrars.
- Experience with APIs, CRM systems, and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Unitpay).
