Financial Manager

We are looking for a Financial Manager who will act as a key liaison between external accounting, finance, and product teams. This role involves providing operational financial support for IT products, close cooperation with external accountants, and preparation of management reporting.

Responsibilities

Financial Support of Products

  • Create and manage financial requests in Jira and internal systems.
  • Monitor balances and operator/provider limits; initiate balance top-ups and record payments in internal systems.
  • Track incoming and outgoing payments related to products and operations.

Interaction with External Accounting

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Control correct reflection of financial documents (invoices, acts, statements).
  • Prepare materials for month-end closing and reconciliations.

Budgeting and Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and prepare monthly budgets for assigned companies/products.
  • Support basic financial reporting and variance analysis.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain internal instructions, guidelines, and methodological materials in Confluence.
  • Keep financial processes documented and up to date.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role (experience in an IT / product company is a plus).
  • Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with Jira and basic knowledge of 1C (or similar accounting systems).
  • English level sufficient for written communication and basic verbal interaction (B1–B2).
  • Basic understanding of the economics of a product-based IT company.

  • Experience preparing basic P&L and Cash Flow statements.
