Head of sales and account manager
We are looking for a Head of KAM (Key Account Management) who will establish and scale the management of SlimLink’s key clients. Your role will be to develop relationships with major B2B clients, build and optimize KAM processes, grow the KAM team as it expands, and support the product team in driving retention growth through high client engagement and service quality.

Responsibilities
- Define the vision for the KAM function, create a roadmap to achieve it, and ensure execution of the development plan
- Build and optimize KAM processes
- Lead the KAM team (hiring, goal setting, defining metrics, and team development)
- Implement Customer Success processes and ensure their execution
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to achieve KAM objectives and plan joint activities
- Work with product and support teams to address client requests
- Drive client growth and retention, working on engagement and retention metrics together with the product team
- Maintain excellent communication with enterprise clients (from marketers to department heads and corporate startups)
- Apply systemic thinking with a focus on client satisfaction, metrics, and growth
- Upsell additional services to clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, including at least 2 years in a Head/Lead role with people management responsibilities (performance reviews, salary adjustments, development plans aligned with the KAM team and overall project roadmap)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience building KAM or Customer Success processes from scratch or significantly optimizing existing ones
- Deep understanding of various KAM functions and client interaction stages: onboarding, Customer Success
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience managing a remote team
- Experience in MarTech or AdTech
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing product with a high pace of change
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing markets
