Head of Sales
We are an IT product company based in Cyprus, building and scaling B2B products for teams managing high-volume outbound communication. Our solutions cover both message delivery and post-click performance. The infrastructure includes routing, domain management and real-time visibility into delivery and traffic quality. Our clients operate in highly competitive international industries where communication performance directly impacts revenue. We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to scale our global sales function, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s international network. This is a highly market-facing role for someone who is comfortable building relationships, attending industry conferences, developing partnerships, and personally leading strategic negotiations.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead and develop the Sales team;
- Set KPIs, manage performance, and improve sales processes;
- Build scalable outbound and partnership-driven sales strategies;
- Mentor team members and participate in complex negotiations.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events;
- Build relationships with operators, platforms, agencies, and strategic partners;
- Expand the company’s network within international markets;
- Identify new business opportunities and growth directions.
Strategic Sales
- Personally lead high-level negotiations and strategic deals;
- Build and manage relationships with key partners and clients;
- Drive long-term revenue growth and partnership expansion;
- Analyze sales funnel performance and identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams;
- Translate market and client feedback into commercial opportunities;
- Align sales initiatives with company growth strategy.
Requirements
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
- Experience in SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS,iGaming, MarTech, or related digital industries;
- Experience managing Sales teams;
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills;
- Experience building outbound sales and partnership channels;
- Experience working with international clients and markets;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
- Strong CRM and analytics skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, AmoCRM, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling infrastructure or performance-driven B2B products;
- Existing network within iGaming, fintech, or affiliate ecosystems;
