Responsibilities
- Act as a key strategic HR partner for business and team leaders, contributing to the development and implementation of the HR strategy aligned with core business goals.
- Drive the full employee lifecycle for key business-critical teams: hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Evaluate and build the value of HR initiatives through HR and business metrics (turnover, performance trends, compensation efficiency, utilization, productivity indicators).
- Work closely with leadership to shape organizational structure, workforce planning, and role evolution across distributed teams and different types of employment models (employment contracts, service agreements).
- Support managers with employee relations, team dynamics, conflict resolution, performance conversations, and coaching on people-management practices.
- Lead or contribute to the rollout of HRIS and other digital HR tools; ensure data quality, process optimization, and adoption by managers.
- Develop and deliver HR programs in learning & development, leadership development, and organizational development tailored to consulting/project-based environments.
- Monitor and analyze HR data in Excel and HRIS dashboards to identify trends, diagnose risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Ensure alignment with labor legislation, internal policies, and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions or employment models.
- Facilitate and support change management initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Serve as a culture carrier, reinforcing company values, maintaining high standards of collaboration, and fostering a productive, high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR lead role, including responsibility for key business functions or experience as HRD in a smaller organization.
- Proven experience contributing to the creation or execution of HR strategy and ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable business impact.
- Solid knowledge of core HR processes: performance management, engagement, L&D, organizational development, feedback culture.
- Strong analytical skills, confidence in working with HR metrics and financial/business indicators; strong Excel skills.
- Experience with distributed teams and multiple employment models (employment contracts, service agreements).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS — implementing, improving, or actively using HR systems and HR analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, ability to influence leaders and support decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, project-based or consulting-like environment with high pace and shifting priorities.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Managerial experience is a plus, as you will lead a People Partner and collaborate closely with the global Center of Expertise for HR Administration and Recruitment services.
