Product Manager
Join a fast-growing international IT company building a next-generation CPaaS platform. We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical mindset who understands telecom products, API-driven platforms, and complex backend systems.

Responsibilities
1. Product Design and Development
- Product Specification Design: Develop product specifications and detailed descriptions of the platform's operational logic.
- System Scenario Engineering: Analyze and describe backend system interaction scenarios (traffic routing logic, API request handling, message delivery logic).
2. Backlog and Delivery Management
- MVP Definition & Phased Delivery: Define clear boundaries for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), break down the overall scope of work into delivery phases, and plan subsequent releases.
- Requirements Decomposition: Organize product requirements into a clear, understandable hierarchy of Epics and User Stories.
- Estimation & Prioritization: Conduct high-level estimations of incoming tasks and manage backlog priorities.
Ensuring Regular Delivery: Plan and monitor the release of working product versions for their subsequent deployment into production.
3. Team and Process Management
- Business Analyst Management: Assign tasks to analysts, monitor the quality of artifacts (Use Cases), and provide mentorship and development for the analytics function within the team.
Collaboration with Project/Delivery Managers: Work in close partnership with the PM, where the Product Manager is responsible for the "What and Why" (scope, value, requirements) and the PM is responsible for the "How, By Whom, and When" (resource and development team management).
4. Research and Strategy
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitive and market research (analyzing CPaaS players, their business value, pricing, and architecture).
- Go-To-Market Foundation: Prepare the core product framework for launching new technological platform functionality to the market.
Requirements
- Product Management Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing complex product development (preferably in B2B SaaS / PaaS / Infrastructure).
- Deep Telecom / CPaaS Expertise (Mandatory): Thorough understanding of the telecom market specifics, communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, Email, etc.), data transfer protocols, and the mechanics of message delivery to the end user.
- Strong Technical Background: Understanding of the principles of building complex architectural systems, API integrations, message queues, and backend operations. Ability to speak the same language as tech leads and architects.
- Systems Analysis & Design: Experience writing detailed product documentation and excellent skills in decomposing complex system requirements.
- People Management Experience: Practical experience managing a team (Business Analysts).
- Product Research Skills: Ability to gather market and competitor intelligence data.

- Proven Track Record: Successful experience launching complex technological software/platforms from scratch (from the development stage) to the market and into commercial operation.
