Project Manager (Platform Development and Support)

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Product Owner in delivering our new platform from MVP to full-scale launch and beyond. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor platform development projects from initiation to release.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and priorities in close cooperation with the Product Owner.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with team leads (development, QA, DevOps, design) to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate integrations with external services, APIs, and internal systems.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports in Jira and Confluence.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards, SLA requirements, and release deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably with platform or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience in coordinating multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in telecommunications or with API-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD workflows.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CSM, etc.).
