Responsibilities
Initiative and Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of diverse initiatives and projects (organizational, product, operational).
- Define goals, expected outcomes, timelines, and ownership.
- Monitor execution and identify risks and deviations at an early stage.
- Coordinate tasks across teams and stakeholders.
Business and System Analysis
- Analyze current business processes, interaction channels, and internal systems.
- Collect and formalize requirements (business, functional, and non-functional).
- Prepare analytical materials and recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in solution architecture analysis and assess the impact of changes on related processes.
Transformation Initiatives
- Support complex changes (relocation, reorganization, tool replacement).
- Implement and evolve CRM and other internal systems.
- Optimize cross-team interaction and workflows.
Communication and Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure transparency of task statuses and agreements.
- Document decisions and follow up on execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or in a related role.
- Experience in product or technology companies (B2B is a plus).
- Ability to work with diverse tasks and in environments with changing inputs.
- Experience implementing or supporting CRM or internal systems.
- Strong skills in structuring requirements and processes.
- Understanding of how business, product, and technical implementation interact.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience participating in organizational change or large-scale internal projects.
- Technical background or close collaboration experience with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques.
- Experience optimizing sales, marketing, or operational channels.
