Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

We are an IT product company based in Cyprus, building and scaling B2B products for teams managing high-volume outbound communication. Our solutions cover both message delivery and post-click performance. The infrastructure includes routing, domain management, and real-time visibility into delivery and traffic quality. We work with international markets where communication performance directly impacts business growth. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager / Business Development Manager who will help us grow new partnerships and client relationships through outbound sales, networking, conferences, and direct communication with the market. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable building connections from scratch, actively searching for opportunities, and moving deals forward independently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new B2B clients and partners;
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, and industry events;
  • Attend conferences, meetups, and networking events;
  • Conduct initial negotiations and qualify leads;
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline stages;
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
  • Experience with outbound sales and independent lead generation;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Russian and English languages;
  • Ability to quickly understand new products and markets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, messaging, fintech, iGaming, crypto, or digital services;
  • Experience working with international clients;
  • Existing network within relevant industries.
