Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who goes beyond the traditional BA role and focuses first and foremost on the value delivered to end users. This is someone who: is deeply involved in the product can independently design use cases and user scenarios understands the business impact of decisions operates at the intersection of Product Manager ↔ Business Analyst In this role, we expect you not only to formalize requirements, but also to: propose solution options evaluate their business impact challenge problem statements when a better approach exists help find more effective ways to achieve product goals

Responsibilities
Product & User Value Focus
- Analyze product use cases with a focus on user value and efficiency
- Design user scenarios with a deep understanding of business context
- Break down product ideas into multiple implementation options
- Evaluate feature value: purpose, expected impact, and alternatives
- Participate in discovery: hypothesis generation and solution shaping
Requirements & Documentation
- Prepare user stories, use cases, and functional requirements
- Ensure alignment with system architecture, constraints, and scalability
- Create clear and structured documentation for development and system analysis
Bridge Between Product & Engineering
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and system analysts
- Ensure shared understanding across all stakeholders
Solution Analysis & Improvement
- Compare solution options and evaluate trade-offs
- Assess impact on product metrics
- Propose alternative approaches, including reframing the original problem if needed
Market & Best Practices
- Analyze competitor solutions and market approaches
- Align findings with product strategy
- Consider security requirements and industry standards
