Responsibilities

• Build and develop QA processes on the project from scratch.
• Plan testing activities and design test cases using test design techniques.
• Perform manual testing.
• Select and implement tools for automated testing.
• Analyze results, register defects, and participate in bug triage.
• Prepare product quality reports and collect QA metrics.
• Participate in hiring QA specialists and developing the QA function, including mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including 3+ years working independently at the Senior QA level.
• Proven experience establishing testing processes and building QA practices from scratch in Agile projects.
• Strong skills in test strategy planning and decision-making.
• Experience working with REST API, HTTP, JSON.
• Solid knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML).
• Confident use of bug tracking systems (Jira, YouTrack).
• Hands-on experience with test management systems (TestRail, Zephyr, Qase).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker environments.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Fluent Russian.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing and developing automated tests in JavaScript (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, or similar frameworks).
• Experience in load testing (JMeter, k6).
• Experience working with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with monitoring systems (Grafana).
• Experience with bash scripting.
• Experience working with WHMCS.
• English level B1+.
