Pricing Management

• Analyze and determine optimal buy and sell rates for SMS routes to maximize margin.
• Work with tariff-based pricing models.
• Continuously monitor market prices and react quickly to changes to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

Design and Implementation of “Margin Mixes”

• Create traffic distribution policies (Mix Policy) that define how traffic should be allocated between multiple providers—based on criteria such as price, quality, or speed.
• Configure routing rules in the platform to ensure automated and highly efficient message distribution.

Performance Analysis and Monitoring

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of route financial performance (Gross Margin).
• Monitor technical metrics that affect profitability (Delivery Rate, Latency) and adjust routes quickly when performance declines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements for quality and pricing.
• Work with Platform Administrators to quickly onboard new suppliers, test routes, and resolve technical issues.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B A2P SMS/Messaging, Voice Termination, or another traffic-management domain.
• Proven experience managing routing with a strong focus on margin maximization.
• Deep understanding of SMS traffic metrics (Delivery Rate, Latency) and their impact on business performance.
• Experience with SMS routing systems (SMS Gateways/Platforms) and knowledge of LCR/Quality Routing principles.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL/BI systems).

Nice to have

• Experience with systems using dynamic routing based on real-time algorithms and analytics.
• Understanding of machine learning (ML) or predictive analytics in the context of traffic management.
