Operational Excellence Manager
We’re a growing tech company based in Cyprus, building and scaling our own B2B products in the communication and digital marketing space: HeySMS – a global platform for sending and routing SMS messages. SlimLink – a link shortening and analytics service built for marketing teams. SpaceLama – our own domain registration and management solution. Our team combines expertise, flexibility, and a strong product mindset. As we grow, we’re looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to help us streamline processes, increase transparency, and boost operational efficiency across the company.

Security Engineer (Pentester / Application Security)
We are looking for a Middle Pentester / Application Security Engineer to focus on regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. Senior QA Engineer
Slimlink is a high-load short link service designed for marketing teams. We work with a microservices architecture and a tech stack that includes PHP, Go, Node.js, and TypeScript. We use Redis, RabbitMQ, and OpenSearch. The product processes millions of requests per day, and we are planning a multiple-fold increase in load. We follow agile methodology with short iterations, close team collaboration, and fast delivery of changes. The QA’s mission is to ensure quality in a rapidly growing, high-load service with actively evolving functionality.
Senior QA Engineer (Performance QA Engineer)
Due to our expansion, we are looking for Senior QA Engineer with experience in manual, performance (k6/JMeter), and API testing. Skilled in bug tracking, SQL, test management, and product quality reporting. Bonus: Playwright + TypeScript, CI/CD, Docker, Git, Grafana, RabbitMQ/Kafka.
Senior System Analyst
We are a team developing a Core platform for high-load SMS message processing. It is the heart of our system: routing, provider integrations, billing, and message delivery logic. We are building a new architecture from the ground up, including the design of microservices, APIs, queues, and databases. We work in Scrum with 2–3 week sprints and focus on delivering value in every feature. The team includes an architect, but the systems analyst plays an active role in designing new services, interfaces, and data structures—and contributes to technical decisions.

Due to our expansion, we are looking for a strong Technical Account Manager who will take ownership of key client support, administration, and communication processes.

We’re looking for a DBA to manage and optimize high-load databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse), lead data migrations, and support our move from a monolith to microservices.

We are looking for a Head of KAM (Key Account Management) who will establish and scale the management of SlimLink’s key clients. Your role will be to develop relationships with major B2B clients, build and optimize KAM processes, grow the KAM team as it expands, and support the product team in driving retention growth through high client engagement and service quality.
Manual QA
We’re looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer to help us ensure the quality and reliability of our high-load systems. You’ll work with a modern tech stack (PHP, Node.js, REST API, RabbitMQ, Grafana) and take part in performance testing, API validation, and process improvement initiatives
